New import client (1)We recently completed the implementation of an automated shipment status Electronic Digital Interchange (EDI) interface with a large import client.

In close collaboration, our respective IT specialists defined data fields and events, which trigger transfers of milestone status updates. The data automatically updates their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, enabling their sales and production departments to have the latest information about their order.

This technology reduces the exchange of emails, provides real-time visibility, and eliminates data entry redundancies. Our customers can now focus on running their business instead of data entry and shipment tracing.
